Tom Rusher is a Registered Architect in the state of Texas (Registration
No: 22312) that has been working on both Residential
and Commercial Designs since 1995. Tom is a Licensed Real Estate Professional in the State of Texas leveraging over a decade of Real Estate Buying and Selling Experience. This combination of Architect and Real Estate professional is great for our clients as we can aid in the acquisition of land, design, and build your next Residential Project and even list it to sell!! Tom Rusher has worked for Architectural Design Firms in both New York City and Dallas, Including Skidmore Owings &
Merrill NYC, B-Five Studio llc NYC, Polshek
& Partners NYC, (Now Ennead Architects), and RTKL Dallas. He graduated from Columbia University receiving his Professional Master of Architecture Degree in 1996 and received the Lucille Smyser Lowenfish
Memorial Prize for the best thesis in his Design Studio. Tom is no stranger to the Metroplex having received his Pre-Professional Undergraduate degree in Architecture at the University of Texas at Arlington where he was the first Architecture student to be Awarded the Ronald E. McNair Design Research Fellowship in 1993. He has taught Architecture at the University of Texas at Arlington for 15 years and is in tune with many of the current trends in design.
Tom has worked on a wide array of
projects types from Office/Mixed Use Towers, International Airports,
Higher Educational Facilities, Multi-Family, Hospitals, Hospitality,
Retail, and Residential Design. This experience is translated into a
multi-facetted design approach for his clients which allows him to draw
on his knowledge base in all of these arenas to help manifest the
"vision" of his clients.
